Our Team

Mark is the president of the agency and handles the day-to-day operations of the business as well as outside sales. Mark has been with the agency since 1996, starting as a personal insurance customer service representative. Later he moved to outside sales, implementing creative marketing programs, and eventually launched the agency’s Commercial Insurance division. He also focused on developing the agency’s relationships with insurance carriers, and in 2008, when auto insurance became competitive, Mark successfully brought the agency from representing only 1 auto insurer to 7. He is a graduate of Framingham State University, and holds a Certified Insurance Councilor (CIC) designation. Mark lives in the Brockton area with his wife Meredith. In his spare time he enjoys skiing, home improvement projects, Red Sox and Bruins games.

Rachael is a full-time, licensed Customer Service Representative. She services both Commercial and Personal insurance clients, and handles inside sales. Rachael has been in Insurance Customer Service for 8 years and is a graduate of Framingham State University. Prior to joining the agency she worked for an insurance agency based in Natick, MA. In her spare time, Rachael enjoys working out at the gym, going to concerts, and boating.

Ashley joined the agency in 2011 as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant. In addition to her Office Manager and Executive Assisant roles she is also a licensed insurance agent. She handles general administrative duties, assists the president of the agency in his operations tasks and is eagerly learning the insurance business from the ground up. Prior to joining the agency she worked as a receptionist for an insurance agency based in Natick, MA. Ashley lives near Boston and in her spare time enjoys spending time with friends and family.
