Mark D’Agostino, CIC

President
Mark is the agency principal who joined the agency in 1996, becoming the President of the agency in 2009 when his father the agencies founder retired. A 2003 graduate or Framingham State University, He focuses on operations and outside sales as well as supporting the efforts of the entire team. Mark enjoys helping clients and prospects find the insurance solutions that work for their unique needs. In 2009 Mark earned the Certified Insurance Councilor designation. In 2015 he became an instructor with the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents. Mark is actively engaged in the local community. He is an active member of the Metro South Chamber of Commerce, Brockton Rotary, and the Brockton School Committee. In his spare time Mark enjoys spending time with his family, working out, participating obstacle course races, and skiing in the winter.

Mared Boynton

Account Manager, Personal Lines
Mared is a personal lines agent, having joined the agency in 2015. Mared flourishes on helping people and is constantly smiling and looking to make others around her happy. While Mared’s main job functions are in personal lines Account Management. She also assists on commercial lines clients as needed. She has been working in customer service since the age of 15. Mared graduated from Castleton State University with a degree in Sociology. Before working at the agency, Mared worked at Simmons College in the simulation lab. She worked with the nursing students which helped her manage different scenarios and how to overcome difficult situations. In her spare time, she likes to compete in running races and snowboarding in the winter.

Marissa Lima

Senior Account Manager, Commercial lines
Marissa, born and raised in Brockton, Massachusetts, has worked in the Property & Casualty Insurance field since 2000. First gaining experience working at the Massachusetts Bar Association in their insurance agency which specialized in Lawyer’s Professional Liability Insurance. She then came to the agency gaining experience in the more generalized arena of commercial lines insurance. Although her main job function is servicing commercial lines clients, she will sometimes assist in the servicing of the personal lines clients as needed. When not working, Marissa enjoys, reading, baking, working out and being the typical obsessed Boston sports fan!

Jessica Therrien

Receptionist/Administrative Technician
Jessica graduated from Middleboro High School in 2016, she worked as a lifeguard during the summer and also worked at a Day habilitation helping special needs individuals. Jessica joined the agency in April of 2018 as the Receptionist and Administrative Technician. During Jessica’s free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, watching football, and traveling.

Brittany Gillon

Accounting Technician
Brittany joined the agency in 2017 and is now an Accounting Technician. Prior to working for the agency, she worked as a teller in a local bank. While Brittany mainly works in accounting & operations she often assists in both commercial & personal lines when needed. Brittany enjoys helping our clients get the most out of their insurance while providing agency management accurate accounting records. She tries her gives her all every day to make each client’s experience is pleasant as possible. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with loved ones, working out at the gym, traveling, outdoor summer activities, and catching up on her favorite shows.
